We’re currently looking to hire five Technical Support agents to join our Web Hosting support team in Iasi. You will take part in providing excellent customer support service for - one of UK’s top companies which has registered over 3 million domain names for clients across the globe. We will provide you with all the tools you need to do your job to the best of your ability, including full training on products and services.

Job description

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a customer support role preferably in web hosting support (but any support role will be fine) or web development
  • Basic understanding and experience of working with both Linux and/or Windows server environments
  • Experience in working with control panels such as cPanel and Plesk is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • A good understanding of SMTP/ POP/ IMAP protocols and The Domain Name System (DNS)
  • Wordpress/Joomla or other CMS experience is a great plus

Role summary

You will be offering technical support to our existing and potential customers via Live Chat and Ticketing system and will help them with any product queries they may have.You will be working closely with your colleagues to identify any outages or product related issues and escalate them accordingly.


  • Very good written English
  • Above average typing speed (40 wpm or more)
  • Above average IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in customer support/help desk or web development
